General Terms & Conduct

• Respect & Boundaries: Harassment, stalking, bullying, or aggressive behavior will result in an immediate block and blacklist without warning.

• Limited Tolerance Policy: I reserve the right to block and blacklist users who violate these terms. Warnings are only given at my discretion if I determine an issue was non-malicious.

• Post-Block Communication: If you are blocked or blacklisted and wish to have a civil discussion regarding the matter, I am willing to have a direct, to-the-point conversation. I reserve the right to end the conversation immediately if I feel uncomfortable.

• Unsolicited Critique: Do not leave unsolicited critique on my work. If you wish to offer constructive feedback, ask "May I offer some critique?" first. Respect my decision if I decline.

• Streaming & Content Creation: I regularly stream or record my drawing process on Twitch / YouTube. Commissioned pieces may be worked on during live streams. Specific details regarding payments or personal client info will never be shown, but public WIPs will be visible to viewers and members of Ko-fi via discord and Ko-fi.

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old (or have consent from a parent/guardian) to order a commission or send payment.

Copyright, Reposting & Usage

• No Reposting or Unlawful Use: Do not repost, reupload, or use my artwork without explicit permission and proper credit. Infringements will be reported and subjected to DMCA takedown requests.

• Strict Anti-NFT & AI Policy: My work may NOT be used in any form for Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs), crypto projects, or AI training models. Unauthorized commercial exploitation or theft will face direct legal action.

• Watermarks & Signatures: My signature/watermark will be on all finished pieces and must never be removed, cropped out, or painted over under any circumstances.

• Public Sharing: If you post or share the commissioned art on social media, you must use the watermarked version or clearly credit me in the description/caption.

Commissions & Work Process

• Right of Refusal: I reserve the right to decline any commission request without providing a reason.

• I Will NOT Draw: NSFW, fetishes, hate speech/art, or certain characters/ships at my discretion.

• Payment & Pricing: Full payment or a 50% deposit is required before I begin work. Prices are firm unless stated otherwise; please choose an option within your budget.

• Refunds: If a commission is canceled mid-process, refunds will be prorated based on the stage of completion. No refunds will be issued once the final art is delivered.

• WIPs & Patience: You are welcome to check in and request work-in-progress (WIP) updates, but please do not rush me. Real-life priorities come first.

• Revision Limits: Commissions include up to 3 revisions during the sketch/lineart stage. Major revisions or changes requested after approval of the sketch phase may incur an extra fee.

• General Usage Rights: Finished commissioned art is for personal use only. You may edit, crop, or redesign the commissioned work for personal use, provided credit to me as the original artist remains. You may not resell the artwork, monetize it, or use it for commercial purposes.

• Commercial Rights: If you require commercial rights, it can be discussed. It is required to be added DURING the initial request of the commission.

• Turnaround: Turnaround time varies based on my workload and real-life queue (typically 1-2 weeks at max). If you need a piece by a specific deadline, it must be requested in advance and may require a rush fee.

• Payment: Payments are accepted in USD via PayPal or Ko-fi. Chargebacks without contacting me first to resolve an issue will result in an immediate permanent blacklist, legal action, and a public beware post.

• File Delivery: The final product will be delivered as a high-resolution PNG file via any requested form. Raw working files (.PSD) are not included unless agreed upon beforehand.

• Artist Rights: As the creator, I retain full rights to the artwork. This includes displaying commissioned pieces in my portfolio, posting them to social media, using them in art books, streaming the creation process, or promoting my work. If a commission is a private gift or needs to remain unposted until a specific date, you must inform me before I begin.

• Communication & Inactivity: If you do not respond to a WIP update or inquiry within 14 days without prior notice, your project will be put on hold and moved to the back of my queue.
