If I find you are going against my TOS you will be blacklisted and you will be blocked.

I have a limited tolerance policy, if I find that you break any of my rules, T.O.S., Blacklist, or other policies, you will be blocked and possibly blacklisted. I will only give warning if I find the matter to be made out of non-malice terms. I can tell the difference.

If you are blacklisted or blocked and want to have a civil conversation, whether it's about the block/blacklist or about some other issue I am willing to have a to the point discussion. If at any point I feel uncomfortable or feel the need to end the conversation I will state so and back away.
I will not hold idle chit chat with anyone blocked or blacklisted.

If you come in here to stalk, harass, bully, or assault me you will not be given the time of day and will be permanently blocked and blacklisted.

Do not repost any of my art without permission and credit. You will be reported and have the post taken down.

Do not send unwanted criticism to me. You might think you are doing the right thing but you are being harmful. If I wanted your critic I would have asked.
Please understand this is in reference to just commenting with the critic, if you want to give a genuine critic please ask "Can I give a Critic?" and be respectful with it. Be respectful if I decline the offer as well.

Do not use my art in other works without permission.

DO NOT resell my work in any form. NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) are not to be made with my works in any form.

I will press charges if I see my work being resold in any fashion. I have a ZERO tolerance policy with NFTs.

On the subject of Commissions, Art Trades, and Requests.

I have the right to turn away anyone I don't want to take a commission of. I don't have to give you a reason, I don't have to give you anything.

You are welcome to ask about progress and ask for WIPs but do not rush me, IRL things take priority.

Prices are up to date. I am willing to talk about prices but if you can't afford something then pick something you can.
I expect full or half of the money up front before I start.

Once I finish the work you are welcome to do what you wish with it as long as the credit for it stays mine. Edit it, change it, redesign it, I don't care it's yours.
You can not resell my art.

Do not repost any of my characters without permission and credit.

Do not kin my characters, I understand they are cool and relatable but it's uncomfortable for me.

Do not reclaim my characters, do not claim my characters, do not repost my characters.

Do not favorite my characters as "dreamies" I understand they are cool but it's uncomfortable to me and puts a target on them that I do not enjoy.

Do not resell my characters. I own them, not you.

Do not ship my characters with yours. If I don't know you, that is creepy. They are not yours, you don't know them.

On the subject of offering on my characters.

Read before you make a comment. Most have a NFT (not for trade) or NFS (not for sale) tag. If a character doesn't, then look to see if they are for sale, if they are not for sale, don't offer on them.
I'm not one to sell or trade characters, I love a lot of my OCs and use Toyhou.se as a way to store any and all OCs of Mine.
Also if you are to offer, at least match their spent amount, preferably their worth price but still.

Please understand that this doesn't mean you can't draw them or write works with them, I'm protective over them as they are a piece of me but that doesn't mean you can't love them too. Just know I want to be asked before some does something with them please. <3
